Privacy policy
Effective 6 October 2026.
Website and tools
The CANSEO source website does not include analytics, advertising scripts, tracking cookies, user accounts, or a contact form. Its free tools process the text you enter within your browser. The tool code does not transmit that text to CANSEO or third-party servers and does not save it to local storage.
Hosting and email
The hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and access time to serve and secure the website. Retention depends on the selected hosting configuration. If you contact us by email, your email provider and ours process the message. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
Document conversion libraries
The Word and PDF tools load open-source conversion libraries from jsDelivr. These library requests expose ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to that provider. Document contents are processed locally by the loaded code and are not uploaded by these tools. PDF font and character-map resources may also be fetched from the library provider. The tools do not retain document contents in local storage.
External websites
Links to other websites are subject to their own privacy practices. Visiting a linked website may allow that website to collect information.
Advertising
Advertising is not enabled in this source release. If Google AdSense is enabled later, third parties including Google may use cookies, web beacons, or IP addresses in connection with ad serving. This policy must be updated to describe the actual advertising configuration and available privacy choices before ads are enabled. See Google’s information about partner sites.
